We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to ensure flexibility for all clients. Appointments changed within this window are non-refundable. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the appointment fee will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
